Paschalis Dellios
Paschalis Dellios is an architect and CEO with more than 15 years of experience. Throughout his long-lasting career, he has extensively worked on many construction projects as the lead architect. His philosophy is based on combining modern architectural art with convenience, user-friendliness, accommodation and safety. Therefore, his works- apart from aesthetically pleasing- are fully functional and greatly accommodating to the user needs.
Besides practicing architecture, he has been- and still is- a member of the board of directors in major construction and development companies. His general duties involve the strategic design for the management and development of real estate, market research as well as the formation of trusting relationships with the interested parties.
Undoubtedly, in every moment of his career he takes on new challenges based on his qualifications and extensive experience in the field. His goal is to fulfill his personal and business prospects.
Education
Paschalis Dellios studied architecture at Oxford Brooks University of England. Then, he returned to Greece, where he successfully completed his postgraduate program in Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business. His academic background includes a number of seminars in property evaluation, in the tax and legal system related to the sale and lease of real estate, as well as in strategic property planning and marketing.
Work Experience
Dellios Paschalis’ professional career includes a series of positions and tasks that require vigor as well as creativity.
From 2005 until today he works in the company DELLIOS S.A. as a member of the board of directors. His main responsibility is the smooth daily operation of the company. At the same time, he takes over the architectural design of the buildings undertaken by the company. Today, the company owns over 60 properties. During his career he has managed the development of more than 100 properties in collaboration with other architects, civil engineers, etc., while he has leased more than 150 commercial properties of the company. Moreover, he has been actively involved in major financial real estate development deals.
During the period of 2005-2010, he was working at TERRA NORD PROPERTY DEVELOPERS S.A., as a member of the board of directors. His main tasks were the strategic planning for real estate development and the investigation on possible real estate investments and development opportunities. In 2010, as the C.E.O. of the company, he managed and prepared the company for a smooth transition during a significant change of stakeholders.
In 2017-2018 he took over as the managing director of the company GRAFTON SPENGLER FOX HELLAS. Running the company for a period of 14 months, he was responsible for the execution of the liquidation plan.
